Our Dinner And My Lunch

Yesterday, since I've been in Fabriano I wasn't able to prepare our dinner. That's the reason why, my mother in-law decided to cut into thin slices the carrots that we have in the refrigerator. Of course, it's not my first time to eat fresh carrot (here in Italy) but every time we are eating carrots, I like it very much especially if I put salt, vinegar and olive oil. In fact, when I was in the Philippines I don't eat fresh vegetables. It's only in Italy that I learned to appreciate it since both my husband and mother in-law likes vegies so much.

Anyway, here are some facts about carrots:

This is a very helpful post. Many people affected by arthritis or gout can now take fish oil vitamins and feel relieved. If fish oil vitamins can actually decrease the pain, then there is no better solution than that. Fish oil actually acts on the pain centers in the brain and thus you feel a lessening of the pain. Fish oil is certainly a better alternative than all those costly medicines.
