Spaghetti With Brandy

Have you ever tried cooking a pasta together with brandy? If not yet, why not try this very simple recipe. It just take you a little minutes of preparing.


500 g spaghetti
four tablespoons of olive oil
600 g tomatoes
an onion
a stalk of celery
the carrots
tip of a teaspoon of sugar
two glasses of brandy

Cook the pasta. Then, in another pan, heat the oil, add the onion, celery, carrot, all chopped; make it a little brown, put the pulp of mashed tomatoes, parsley, salt, add sugar (which serves to balance the acidity of the tomatoes), stir, given a few minutes of cooking, add the brandy, cook for some minutes: then if you think that the pasta is cooked already, put it in a bowl and mix it together with the pasta.
